Shipping 

Domestic:
Flat rate charge for Domestic Orders is $6.50. Orders are shipped via USPS First Class. Please allow 6-8 business days for delivery.

Orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until the following Monday. Orders placed on national holidays will not be processed until the following business day.

Four Eyes Ceramics is not responsible for items lost, damaged or stolen while in transit.

International Orders: 

Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country and are not included in the total at checkout. Payment of any duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient, with the fees being collected at the time of delivery. Four Eyes Ceramics is not responsible for customs duties and import taxes.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted on full price styles only, for store credit, exchange, or full refund (less shipping). Returns must be received within 10 days of delivery, in original/unworn condition. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.  All items purchased at a discount, and custom orders, are final sale. Refunds will be processed once returned item is received in original condition. Please email jenny@foureyesceramics.com to start a return or exchange.
